Camp Policies

Camp Policies:

  1. Refund Policies

    1. Standard Refund Policy

      1. Refunds Are Conditional: All refunds, whether full or partial, are contingent on the canceled spot being filled by an athlete from the waiting list.

      2. Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 3 months before the event qualify for a full refund.

      3. 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 1 and 3 months before the event qualify for a 50% refund.

      4. No Refund: Cancellations made within 1 month of the event are not eligible for a refund.

    2. Nationals Eligibility Refund Policy

      1. Refunds will not be granted to athletes who are eligible to compete in any one discipline at Nationals if they request a refund after the deadline, due to ineligibility to compete in additional disciplines. Example: An athlete hopes to compete in both boulder and lead at Nationals but is only eligible to compete in boulder. After the refund deadline, the athlete decides not to attend camp because they cannot compete in both disciplines. In this case, a refund will not be issued since the athlete remains eligible to compete in bouldering, and the deadline has passed.

    3. PNTC Ineligibility Policy

      1. Athletes registered for the PNTC who are ineligible to attend because they do not meet Nationals eligibility requirements will have their registration transferred to the Summer Combined Training Camp.

      2. A refund will be issued only for the price difference between the two camps unless a refund has been requested prior to the refund deadline and the spot can be filled.

    4. Refunds Due to Special Circumstances

      1. In certain cases of medical emergencies or family emergencies (such as the athlete or an immediate family member needing medical treatment), athletes may request a partial or full refund after providing appropriate documentation when needed.

      2. Requests must be submitted in writing and we request they are made no later than 7 days before the start of camp.

    5. No-Show and Non-Attendance Policy

      1. If an athlete does not attend the camp for any reason without prior notice, no refund will be given.

  2. Spectating:

    1. To maximize the effectiveness of our training, spectating by family members is not permitted during camp hours. This helps athletes maintain focus and ensures sessions run smoothly. Thank you for supporting a focused environment for athlete growth and success.

    2. Family members may join during the Lunch Break but should refrain from entering the gym otherwise, unless requested to volunteer on specific days.

    3. Stay updated through our social media for camp highlights with recaps and photos. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100064749844716

  3. No Phone Zone Policy

    1. Athletes must adhere to the No Phone Zone Policy, in which phones, earbuds, headphones, and other electronic devices are prohibited during training sessions, unless being used as a training tool by coach permission.

    2. Phones may only be used during snack and lunch breaks.

  4. Code of Conduct

    1. All athletes must comply with Team CRG Atlanta's Rules/Policies throughout the camp. This includes maintaining treating all athletes, coaches, and staff with respect and compassion in person and on social media, focus during training, and prioritizing safety.
